It should be noted that the fan made racist remarks after calling the Brazilian player a "monkey" during the match between Real Madrid and Rayo Vallecano last season, which took place on February 18 at the "Valecas" stadium.
The Spanish League filed a complaint against the fan as part of its efforts to combat racism in stadiums after the authorities identified him.
